Servo driver axis
All 2D axis are driven by servo motors to achieve accurate movement. Each axis have di erent velocity and acceleration at di erent level adjusted by PTC.
High presicion rail guide
Each axis has own speci c rail guide driven by servo motors. These embedded bearing rail guide uses on where precision needed movement.
Strong power transmission
Power transmission carries out by hardened helix rack and pinion which are coated by black oxide to prevent oxidation. Considering working condition in foundries, its lifespan has been extended by this process.
Portable HMI
Operator control interface ( HMI ) is integrated as portable to control process on machine simultaneously. The interface developed by PTC facilitates control and tracking.
