Granule Lubrication

PTC  Granule  lubrication system  is much useful machine which suitable  every injection machines and allows you to needed pulse lubrication on the piston. It’s easy to control via integrated mini PLC unit.  It has 20 liters tank and DC powered spiral  garnule feeder. Required amount of granule is set by operator through PLC. This granule blows to plunger by pressured air through a line and pneumat-ic cylinder system which mounted just side on injection piston in every casting cycle.
